J.R.’s Bar and Restaurant was located in Minneapolis on LaSalle and 10th Street. It was the last eatery in a two-story building that started out as a block of stores in 1904.

After several seedy bars occupied the space, its owners positioned J.R.’s as a fine dining establishment that would draw the Orchestra Hall crowd.
