Iced Mocha Coffee

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup hot, double strength coffee
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • pinch of salt
  • whipping cream for garnish

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, dissolve the cocoa in hot coffee and stir. Add sugar. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Place in a double boiler, and add warm milk. Heat thoroughly.
  • Remove from heat and whisk until smooth.
  • Chill. Serve over ice and garnish with whipped cream.
