Instructions
Combine chicken, celery, onion, pimento, chives, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise; mix well.
Serve on crisp lettuce. Garnish with slivered almonds, hard-cooked eggs, tomato wedges, ripe green olives, and a sprig of parsley.
