Saute onion and celery in butter. Blend in flour and cook to a golden color. Then fold into the cream sauce. Add peppers and seasonings to taste. Blend in turkey and heat over low until hot.
Pour into pattie shells and serve.

Pattie shells are now known best as puff pastry shells. Pepperidge Farms makes a frozen version that can be found in the freezer section of your grocery store.Betty Crocker has a nice recipe for cream sauce. You will need to triple the cream sauce recipe at the link in order to make the 3 cups needed for this recipe.
