Gluek's Spiced Beer
Gluek's beer hails from Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Gluek's beer
- ¾ cup cognac
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 whole cloves
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Cool beer and cognac. Once chilled, combine them in a large bowl.
- Beat the eggs well. Add them to bowl with beer and cognac. Then add sugar, cloves, and nutmeg.
- Mix together until well blended.
