Iced Mocha Coffee

Ingredients

tablespoons
cocoa
1
cup
hot, double strength coffee
¼
cup
sugar
3
cups
milk
pinch
of salt
whipping cream for garnish
Instructions

In a small saucepan, dissolve the cocoa in hot coffee and stir. Add sugar. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
▢
Place in a double boiler, and add warm milk. Heat thoroughly.
▢
Remove from heat and whisk until smooth.
▢
Chill. Serve over ice and garnish with whipped cream.
