onion, diced

garlic, chopped

fresh tomatoes, diced

artichoke hearts, quartered

pesto
1
lb.
spiral pasta, cooked

parmesan cheese, freshly grated

pine nuts, toasted
Instructions
In a large pan, melt the butter and saute the onions until soft; add garlic and stir until combined.
Add the tomatoes, artichokes, and pesto; heat until warmed through. Mix with hot pasta.
Sprinkle each serving with cheese and pine nuts.
