Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Smokettes sausages
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 4 c. water
  • 2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • ¼ c. soy sauce

Instructions

  • Brown the Smokettes sausages and onion in a skillet; drain off any fat. Add celery and cook a few minutes longer.
  • Add remaining ingredients to a casserole. Stir in sausage mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
