Ingredients

Smokettes sausages

medium onions, chopped

cups
celery, chopped

cups
water

cups
uncooked rice
1
can
cream of celery soup

cup
soy sauce
Instructions

Brown the Smokettes sausages and onion in a skillet; drain off any fat. Add celery and cook a few minutes longer.
▢
Add remaining ingredients to a casserole. Stir in sausage mixture.
▢
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
