Ingredients
6eggs
1lb.superfine sugar
dashof salt
½tsp.vanilla
Instructions
Combine all ingredients with electric mixer in a mixing bowl at high speed. Beat until all sugar is completely dissolved.
Notes
The batter makes an excellent topping for both alcoholic cocktails as well as hot cocoa or eggnog.The batter can be frozen or kept in the refrigerator for several weeks.
