Broccoli Green Olive Salad

This cool, tangy salad was served at Cassidy's Restaurant in Hinckley, Minnesota, in the 1990s.

Dressing

mayonnaise

c.
sour cream with chives

Tbsp.
tarragon vinegar

Tbsp.
Italian seasoning
1
Tbsp.
dill weed
1
Tbsp.
garlic salt
Salad
3
heads broccoli
1
c.
green olives
1
green pepper
chopped
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, Italian seasoning, dill weed, and garlic salt.
Cut broccoli into flowerettes using the tender part of the stems. Mix the broccoli, olives, and green pepper together.
Pour dressing over all, or serve on the side.
