Ingredients

corn syrup

c.
granulated sugar
1½
c.
brown sugar
⅓
c.
butter
½
c.
honey
1
c.
cream
1
c.
heavy cream
2
tsp.
vanilla
Instructions
Combine syrup, sugars, butter, honey, and cream. Bring to a boil. Add heavy cream.
Cook to soft ball stage, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Pour into buttered dish that allows mixture to be ½-inch deep. Cool.
Cut into small squares and wrap each caramel in wax paper.
