Ingredients
1pintstrawberries, rinsed and topped
1cupfresh orange juice
1tablespoonlemon juice
2tablespoonshoney
1tablespoon sugar
6ounceschampagne
2ouncesraspberry liqueur (optional)
½cupsour cream
Whipped or sour cream for topping
Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
With a food processor or blender, combine strawberries, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, sugar, champagne, raspberry liqueur and sour cream; puree until the mixture is smooth. Chill well.
Serve in chilled soup cups. Garnish with fresh whipped cream or sour cream and a mint leaf.
