Ingredients

no. 10 can of corn

large tomatoes
2
medium onions
3
large green peppers

salad oil

c.
cider vinegar

c.
lemon juice

tsp.
cayenne pepper

salt

Tbsp.
sugar

cup
parsley, chopped

basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
Drain corn. Cut tomatoes, onions and peppers into ½-inch cubes.
Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, cayenne, salt, sugar, parsley and basil. Toss with vegetables.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
Notes
This recipe keeps well in refrigerator.
