Cranberry Apple Crisp

Ingredients

medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

fresh cranberries

8 oz.
can crushed pineapple, undrained
¼
c.
all-purpose flour

c.
brown sugar, firmly packed
½
c.
butter, softened

c.
oats
1
c.
chopped pecans, toasted
Sweetened whipped cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix apples, cranberries and pineapple; place in a lightly buttered 13- by 9-inch baking dish.
Combine the brown sugar and flour, cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly.
Mix in oats and pecans, sprinkle over fruit.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
Top with whipped cream before serving.
