This sandwich is perfect for holiday leftovers. It was served at the Parker House in Mendota, Minnesota, in the 1990s.

Ingredients
1c.fresh mushrooms, sliced
2Tbsp.butter
1can Cheddar cheese soup
1c.whole milk
10sliceswhite bread, toasted
10thin slices cooked ham
10thin slices roast turkey
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°.
Sauté the sliced mushrooms in butter until browned; set aside.
Stir together the cheese soup and the milk; set aside.
In an individual casserole, layer 1 slice toast, 2 slices ham, another slice toast and 2 slices turkey. Cover completely with the cheese soup mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make four more servings.
Bake in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until browned on top.
