Ingredients

c.
wild rice, uncooked
3
c.
chicken bouillon
2
c.
chicken meat, cooked and diced
1
c.
celery, diced
2
Tbsp.
green pepper, chopped
1
Tbsp.
sweet red pepper, chopped
1
tsp.
green onion, chopped
½
c.
sliced almonds, toasted
1
c.
mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, cook wild rice in chicken bouillon. Drain, rinse and cool.
In a large mixing bowl, gently mix the cooked rice, chicken, celery, green pepper, red pepper, green onion, almonds, and mayonnaise.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
