Pesto Sauce
Served at Blaisdell Place in Minneapolis.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups fresh basil
- 1½ cups fresh parsley
- 4 cloves garlic
- ¾ cup parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup olive oil
- dash of white pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop basil and parsley.
- Squeeze garlic into herbs with a garlic press.
- Combine with parmesan, olive oil, and white pepper.
